Who is responsible for your data?
Fastighetsvård i Örebro AB (org. no. 559518-2980), operating the hostel under the name Trygg Förvaltning in partnership with SIBE Förvaltning AB, is the data controller. You reach us at info@tryggforvaltning.se or +46 70-396 03 01.
What data do we process – and why?
When you book we store what you provide: name, phone number, email address, company name if given, and your message. The data is used solely to manage the booking: confirming it, handing over keys, invoicing and reaching you during your stay. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server – nothing is sent to third parties when you visit.
Who do we share data with?
No selling, no marketing. Booking data is handled in our own booking system, hosted within the EU. SIBE Förvaltning AB (which provides the building) receives data only to the extent operations require. Booking confirmations are sent through the email service Resend, acting as our data processor, via their EU servers (Ireland). No data leaves the EU.
How long is data kept?
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the stay and any outstanding matters. Contact details (email and phone) from online bookings are erased automatically twelve months after check-out. Data linked to invoicing is kept as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires (7 years).
Your rights
- Know what data we hold about you (register extract)
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have data deleted when no longer needed
- Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe we handle your data incorrectly
