The long-stay rate applies from 30 consecutive nights and covers the whole stay. Your total depends on the number of nights: 30 nights is not always a calendar month. Select your check-in and check-out dates to see the actual booking price.
What is included
Electricity, heating, wifi, fresh linen, regular cleaning and free parking are included. Every room has its own toilet and shower, with access to a shared kitchen and laundry room. Linen is supplied; bed-making service is not included.
Booking a longer stay
Book up to 180 nights online, subject to availability. Contact us for a longer period or if your dates are not yet fixed. Companies pay by invoice; private guests receive payment information before check-in.
Read the terms before booking
Cancellation less than seven days before arrival is charged at 50%, and less than three days at 100%. There is no refund once the stay has begun. Contact us to discuss changes to an existing booking; an extension is always subject to availability.
